In the month of your child's birthday, Parents of Tots will send your child a birthday card and some stickers to help him or her celebrate a birthday in kiddie-style.

NOTE: This is a MEMBERS ONLY club. Your information will stay on file and your child will be enrolled in the Birthday Club for as long as you are members.
